People need to take scheduled breaks throughout the day and find time for things they enjoy at least weekly. Such as (reading, watching films, drawing and walking in parks).

d) Practice mindfulness:

It allows reduce anxiety and depression and enhance mood.

e) Connect with others:

Meeting up with a friend, becoming a member of a club or walking group, and reaching out to family and neighbors are all ways of connecting socially.

f) See a therapist or doctor:

He assists you to recover from this temporary bad mood.
